@edy, and this is unlike
SquareEnix's Final Fantasy how..? haha, i love both franchises. Now
come on, with Zelda, perfect mix of action and puzzles. :)
can't beat the classics, i've played them all expect for majoras
mask which i do mean to get around to :P I don't know if i could
pick a favorite. maybe OoT?
And the difference between the two is Final Fantasy is a
different story with different people every time (Excluding X-2,
let's pretend that terrible game was never made) also excluding the
reuse of names on different characters throughout like Cid, Biggs
and Wedge. While Zelda is Zelda and Link all the time in different
worlds and times.
Hmm. I like the lack of strong continuity in the Zelda series.
Suits it's Legendary status. Phantom Hourglass was great EXCEPT for
that repeating timed dungeon - hopefully someone was fired for that
nonsense.
I actually didn't mind that dungeon because each time you went
back after the first there was always short cuts you could take
using your newly acquired power/item like the bow+arrow or
grappling hook etc. Still would have rathered it was bigger. More
dungeons more uncharted sea etc.
Ocarina of time is still my fav Zelda by far. Not a big fan of
Majoras mask but it had some interesting concepts

Rephrase: Explaining how Nintendo can milk this franchise for all it's worth, at times even introducing an entirely new Link.

I still say The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past was the best of them with the original a close second

I hated Majora's and OoT. Wind Walker was pretty good though

Yup Phantom Hourglass is quite a game.

True that, FF tends to change. Link will always be a short little blonde punk

New Zeldas really need new ideas though. Really badly.
