@meonjaiku i'm kinda like a manager i guess you can say, the call waiting is just a manner of switching the data input, so i bring one of my spare ipods and set it on repeat :)
@edy well like i said there was a good response to it lol, saturday is really the day when teenagers/college kids call in vs businesses we have contracts with - they're more of a weekday thing.
